In accordance with Articles 6-III and 19 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), this legal notice is brought to the attention of users of the “Vezoria” app (“Vezoria”, hereinafter “the App”). This notice is governed by French law; the French version is provided as the reference and this English version is a translation.
The App is published by a private individual, on a strictly personal and non-professional basis:
The publisher acts as a natural person who is not a trader. As such, and in accordance with Article 6-III-2 of French law no. 2004-575 (LCEN), he may make available to the public only the details needed to contact him, his full identity having been provided to the hosting provider.
The publication director is the publisher of the App, Anthony Chauvel.
The App and its synced (encrypted) data are hosted by:
Cloudflare, Inc.
101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States
Website: cloudflare.com
The source code is kept on GitHub (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). The App can be installed from the browser or from Google Play (Google Ireland Ltd distributes the app; it has no access to notebook data).
The App is a free shared travel journal, designed and made available on a personal, non-commercial basis, open to everyone, without an account. It lets you plan a trip together: day-by-day itinerary, bookings, budget and expense sharing, memories and photos. It also offers features built on the user’s phone: 3D flyover of the trip, shareable recap, badges and statistics, expense analysis, packing suggestions, and import of one’s own trips from another service.
The App is provided free of charge. It is not sold, has no subscription and contains no advertising. The web version offers an optional donation link (Buy Me a Coffee) to help pay for the server; no feature is reserved for donors.
Prices, timetables, routes, suggested places and budget calculations displayed by the App are provided for guidance only. They do not replace the information from carriers, accommodation providers and service providers, which alone is authoritative. Always check the price and conditions with the provider before booking.
The “who owes what” calculation is an aid for sharing costs among friends and family; it has no contractual value.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The publisher, as a private individual making the tool available free of charge, cannot be held liable for:
Each user is encouraged to make regular backup exports (More → Sharing & profiles → Export).
The App is made available for personal, non-commercial use. The following are prohibited, unless with the publisher’s prior written permission:
Access and acceptance. The App is used without an account. Using it means accepting these terms and the privacy policy, which are presented and accepted the first time the App is opened.
User content. Each user is solely responsible for the texts, photos and comments they add, share with their companions or publish for followers. They undertake to publish only lawful content, to respect the privacy and image rights of the people photographed (ask for their consent before publishing their photo) and not to publish unlawful, pornographic or sexual, violent, insulting or hateful content, content harming a minor or infringing the rights of others.
No monitoring of content. As content is encrypted on the user’s device, the publisher has no access to it and no obligation to monitor it. They only act upon a report, and may then remove or block a notebook and, where required by law, pass the information they hold to the competent authorities.
Sharing and followers. Anyone who receives a trip’s code or link (or its follower code) can read its content. It is up to the user to pass them only to the people of their choice. Followers can leave ❤️ and comments, under their own responsibility; the author of a trip can stop publishing at any time. A follower can follow a trip directly in their browser, without installing the app; their first name is optional (otherwise they appear as “A loved one”).
Import from another service. Users may import their own data into the App, for example the file Polarsteps sends them when they request their data. They warrant that this data is theirs or that they have the right to use it. The file is read on their phone and is not sent to the publisher. The App is independent of these services, is not affiliated with them and does not use their servers.
Recap, 3D flyover, badges and statistics. Images, videos, badges, percentages and analyses are built on the phone from the journal’s data. They are indicative (for example, the number of countries depends on the places entered). Users are responsible for what they choose to share, in particular photos showing other people.
Packing suggestions. The ideas offered (based on forecast weather or last year’s records and on planned activities) are indicative only: they do not replace official requirements and advice (documents, health, safety).
Location. Trip tracking and sharing the route with followers are off by default. Each traveller turns them on themselves and can stop at any time.
Limits of the free service. To keep the service free, online space may be limited. Beyond that, new photo uploads may be refused; the data stays on your phone. The service may change, be temporarily interrupted or discontinued; in the latter case, the publisher will try to give advance notice on this page so that everyone can export their trips.
Blocking. The author of a published trip can delete a comment, block a person (their comments and ❤️ are hidden for all followers) and create a new follower link to remove everyone’s access. Every user can hide what a person posts and unfollow a trip.
Reporting, suspension and deletion: how it works.
Scope of a measure. A suspension or deletion only targets the reported notebook or trip, identified by its code. It never affects its members’ other notebooks or trips, nor those of other users. A shared trip has a single code common to all its members, so the measure applies to all of them. A publication for followers has its own code: it can be suspended without affecting the companions’ trip, and vice versa.
Deletion by the user. Anyone can delete their notebook or a shared trip from the server at any time in the app (☁️ Cloud, or Settings → “Delete my data from the server”). What is on their phone stays on their phone. For a shared trip, deletion applies to everyone who has its code: their phones keep what they already have, and the app offers to put it back online. When leaving the cloud, users can also cut their followers’ access to their published trips, including finished ones.
A false report made with intent to harm may engage its author’s liability.

Data entered is stored on the user’s device. The App uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics tools; only anonymous counters (number of installs, space used on the server) and the host’s technical statistics are used to run the service. When a notebook’s sync is enabled, it is encrypted on the device (end-to-end encryption) before being sent to the server: neither the publisher nor the hosting provider can read it.
